Looking out of the marquee
on one side, the green fields stretch out across the Sussex countryside towards
the historic town of Rye, with horses and geese wondering freely close by
against a backdrop of bluebell woods. Out the other side is a view of the
beautiful parterre terrace and lead fountain, leading up to the house - a
view which could make anyone believe they have stepped into a Jane Austen film.
At night the house, terrace and long border are all lit up from below, creating
a wonderfully romantic atmosphere within which to conclude this most special and
wonderful of days.
