Pelsham was built in the 1920s in neo-Georgian Style. The name seems to have been derived
from "Pelham", the name of the first settlement on the land as far back as thirteenth century.
The house has undergone several changes since the first owners, including the extension
which is now the kitchen, loggia, third bedroom and library.
